It’s been an absolute pleasure to be a part of Matt and Camilla’s wedding in the mountains of Yosemite National Park in the US and I hope to return to the states again soon! As we spent a few days before the wedding in the cabin just outside of where they got married, I had the fun and rare opportunity of actually being able to join in the arts and craft for their intimate DIY wedding. I love helping and with this wedding I got an amazing opportunity to do so. I was thrilled they liked the idea of having an archway which we made and I then decorated. I love being able to document weddings, but I very rarely get to truly be a part in this way so I can’t thank them enough for it! The day was anything but traditional with an itinerary completely different to most of the weddings I’ve done with a 4PM ceremony, a first look and their couple’s photoshoot before the ceremony presided over by a close friend who had gotten ordained for the occasion. I couldn’t really expect anything from them and the band lifestyle. Even though it rained, it was an amazing day with incredible views and a fun couple.
I hope you like the little preview from Matt and Camilla’s wedding
